LaraKey Intelligence is the AI built into LaraKey. It works from your own catalog, jobs and records, shows where each answer came from, and you review everything before it’s saved or sent.
Tap the AI stars at the top of any page and LaraKey AI opens in a small window, on a computer, tablet or phone. It knows the page or estimate you’re on, so you don’t have to explain where you are. Start a new chat and the last one waits in Recent. Minimize it and pick up the same chat later, or expand it when you need more room. On a computer, move and resize the window.

Describe the job, and LaraKey drafts an estimate from your catalog: your items, your prices and your markup, grouped the way you build estimates. You edit it like any other estimate before you send it.

You get a short answer with the steps, taken from LaraKey’s Help Center, and a link to the article when there is one. If it can’t help, it opens a support request with your question already filled in, and a person takes it from there.

Getting startedUpload a receipt or a vendor’s bill and LaraKey AI fills in the vendor, date, document number, subtotal, tax, total and line items, and suggests the job, phase and cost code. You check each field, then save it as an unpaid job bill, an overhead bill or a paid expense. An upload never counts as paid unless you say so, and the same file can’t be entered twice.

Expenses & receiptsOpen an intake form and LaraKey AI fills in the name, email, phone, address, scope and timing, lists what’s missing as questions to ask, and points out a client you already have. You finish the lead form yourself. Nothing is created until you save it.

Leads & pipelinePick the lead, estimate, job, change order or invoice, jot down what you want to say, and get a draft in English or Español, in the tone you choose. Names, dates and amounts stay exactly as recorded, and balances come from LaraKey’s own math. The draft opens in Mail, and you send it. Team notes can become a task draft the same way.

Paste or type what the crew wrote and LaraKey AI sorts it into work done, crew, hours reported, materials, blockers, safety and next steps, in the crew’s own words. Nothing is guessed: what wasn’t reported stays blank. Reported hours stay notes and never become timesheets or pay.

Daily logs & formsPick a job and the last 7, 30 or 90 days. LaraKey AI sums up what was recorded in daily reports, tasks, change orders, schedule changes and material requests, with a link to each one, what’s missing and suggested next steps. A missing report is shown as missing, never as “no work done.”

Ask how the business is doing. The numbers come from LaraKey’s own calculations and are shown apart from the AI’s explanation, with the period and what was counted. It points out what needs you: overdue invoices and tasks, unpaid job bills, pending approvals, missing daily updates, jobs running out of funds and margins below your target.

Dashboard & business healthNothing the AI drafts is saved, added to an estimate or sent to a client until a person reviews it. Each answer links to the records it used. AI can make mistakes, so check before you send.
Help, receipts and new leads use no credits. The rest uses the monthly AI allowance on Pro and Advanced, and Advanced has the most. You see what a request costs before it runs, and credit packs from $10 are available in the app.
