Access by role, checked by the database
Roles decide what each person can see and do, down to “only assigned” jobs. The same rules are enforced by the database on every record, not just hidden on screen.
Your company’s data, kept separate
Every record and file belongs to one company. People only ever reach their own company’s data.
Google connections stored encrypted
Google sign-in happens in Google’s own window. LaraKey never sees your Google password, and the connection is stored encrypted on the server, never in the browser.
Your mail stays in Gmail
Mail is shown inside LaraKey but never copied into LaraKey’s data or backups. LaraKey can’t permanently delete your mail.
Invite-only accounts
People join by an emailed invite that works once and expires after 7 days. There is exactly one owner, and only the owner can transfer ownership.
Account activity log
Changes to company settings, team, roles and data are recorded in a searchable activity log.

Download a backup with every record, photo and document, and restore from it.
You own your data

Where your data lives
