This policy explains how LaraKey Technologies, LLC (“LaraKey,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, www.larakey.com. How we handle the data you put into the LaraKey app is covered by our Terms of Service: you own your Customer Data, and we will not sell it or use it to market to your clients.

What we collect on this website

• Information you send us. When you request a trial or demo or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, company, the kind of work you do, team size and your message.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to you, set up your trial, schedule a demo and provide support
• To send you information about LaraKey you asked for
• To keep the website secure and working

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and respond to you, including our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete it.
