Who is the beta for?
Remodelers, builders and contractors in the US who want to run their business in one place and will use LaraKey on real jobs for 30 days.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The beta is free for 30 days and we don’t ask for a card to start.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Pick a plan at the prices on our pricing page (Starter $79/month, Pro $149/month, Advanced $249/month) and keep going. If you don’t pick one, your account becomes read-only: your team can still sign in, see and export everything, but nothing can be added or changed, and your Client Hub and sub portal close. Nothing is deleted, and picking a plan opens it right back up.
Is there a discount if we stay?
Yes. Subscribe to a paid plan by the end of your beta, or within 30 days after it ends, and get 20% off your first year: the first 12 monthly payments, or your first yearly payment. Extra users, field crew, storage and AI credit packs are full price.
Is my data safe if I don’t continue?
Yes. A read-only account keeps everything you set up, and your team can still sign in and export it. Picking a plan opens it again just as you left it.
Can features change during the beta?
Yes. We ship improvements often, and some things may change or move while you use it. We’ll let you know about bigger changes.
How do I get help?
Open the Help Center in the app: Submit a bug report, ask a question, or suggest a feature.
Can the beta end early?
We may end the beta early, but we’ll tell you first, and your data stays yours either way.
